Work doesn't have to be a drag. If your office has more than an average amount of gossips, backstabbers, nosey, whiney, or otherwise annoying people then you might want to find another job where the people are nicer.
Update your
old resume and start looking for a new job where you will get to
work with a strong team of people that you can even be friends with.
