Second: Set goals. Decide how satisfied you are with you work. Decide if you want a promotion or if you want to change careers entirely. Stop procrastinating about your career desires!
Third: Work on professional development. Join a professional association in your field so you can stay up to date on latest developments in your field and so that you can network. Getting a new job is easier with a good network. Take classes to develop new skills. Your company may even pay for the course!.
