Q. I can't seem to get a
job. What might be wrong?
A. Although some job seekers act as if the job search process revolves around them, there are actually many reasons why someone doesn't get a job that has nothing to do with them or their skills and experience. Here are some reasons:
- It is possible the company already filled the job by the time you even applied.
- The organization is simply so inefficient and they are just taking such a long time getting back to people that you think that they passed you over when really they haven't.
So keep trying. Keep sending out those resumes and your luck will change eventually.
